We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
To send a complaint to Medicare, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If your complaint involves a broker or agent, be sure to include the name of the person when filing your grievance.
HealthMarkets Insurance Agency offers the opportunity to enroll in either Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) through the Health Insurance Marketplace or off-Marketplace coverage. Please visit HealthCare.gov for information on the benefits of enrolling in a QHP. Off-Marketplace coverage is not eligible for the cost savings offered through the Marketplace.
Sales agents may be compensated based on a consumer's enrollment in an insurance plan. All quotes are estimates and are not final until the consumer is enrolled.

What we collect
When you submit the consultation request form on this site, we collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, the insurance types you're interested in, and any message you choose to include.
How it's used
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide insurance guidance, and — if you've consented — send text updates about your inquiry. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
SMS communications
Text messages are only sent to people who check the SMS consent box on the consultation form. See Terms & Conditions (SMS Program) below for the full terms.
No sale of data
Your information is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with insurance carriers only as necessary to provide a quote or process an application you have requested.
Data security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The only technical data collected is basic, first-party usage information used to keep the site running smoothly — it is not sold or shared with advertisers.
If that changes — for example, if analytics or remarketing tools are added later — you'll see a consent notice before any non-essential cookie is set.

These terms govern text message communications from Mai Huynh sent through this site's consultation request form. By checking the SMS consent box on the form, you agree to receive text messages directly from Mai Huynh regarding your insurance inquiry. This consent applies only to this program and is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
- Texting is never required to work with Mai — opting out does not affect your ability to receive service.
- Mai may modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time.
